Free Emotional Health Check Up
Wondering if you should see a Psychologist?
Worried about cost?
Many of us have been to the local GP for our physical health check-up, but what about our emotional health?
At Vision Psychology, we offer this complimentary service to help YOU find the right therapist. Many people are worried about the cost of therapy, who to choose, how to avoid getting the wrong person or wrong therapy approach. While talking to the reception staff can be helpful, it can be more appropriate that your initial conversation be in confidence with somebody with qualifications in psychology, who can direct you to the “right” person, explain the process involved, which can include Medicare rebates.
We believe that you are important and that is why we offer you this service A Free Emotional Health Check up. For this service, you don’t need a referral and we help you to work out the next step.
The appointment starts by completing questionnaires regarding your general and emotional health. The free service is limited to one 30 min face to face appointment for new clients, and it is best to allocate an hour for your visit. We will be able to provide you with an idea of whether your concerns may or may not need counselling.
If counselling may be of benefit, then you will be provided with a range of options for types of therapies, clinicians and given an idea on the cost of your treatment and whether you would qualify for a rebate. This service is aimed to assist in matching you to the right type of therapist and takes a lot of effort out of the process of finding the “right” person for you.
The appointments can be booked by calling the clinic on call 3088 5422 today!
